Is it good or bad that when ur boss trying to make u stay in the company?! Good as in am a good worker for the company... Bad as in am been make use of doing the job because new people might not stay long/like it?! Why I want to leave this job, boss already guess right! Haa~ yesterday I was been called to stay and chat with him... he asked me to stay the company and help him... slowly everything will be changing.... and roadshows/school orders will be slowly cut down... and moving forward to those coporate orders... I don't know... every of my colleagues are leaving already... only left the sales man and the driver are staying... Jameel and CY will be leaving... I think about it while I was chatting with boss... I told him I will put my resignation on hold first... if, I still can't cope alone with all those orders going on.... I will give my letter once again. That's what my plan is for now... I think of future too... if I really quit this job... and wrk till end of the July... get my pay... then looking for new job again... its very sian... and the new environment might not be good... Reason why I still have the feeling to stay on is because I really like the freedom in this company where u can surf net and chat with friends, of cuz have to do layout for the orders, drawing/designing new things out and use the machine... bosses are good to me too and place is alright for me as I got one direct bus to travel here... and dress code is also good... I can wear v.casual also can... haha~ but the only thing that makes me want to leave is the JOB! Of cuz part of the job is do use the machines.... laser/color printing.... which I'm hate to do... because it will give lotsa probs to u... I hate problems/solve problems... that is why I choose to leave at first... I know am running away the problems... "dao bi ze ren'' which is not a good thing.... But..... Haiz~ We'll see how it goes lah... for the mean time, am still wrking in the company....
