Aiyooo ehh..... dun wan to admit old liao oso cannot.... 23 yrs old niahz leh like feeling 32 yrs old.... easily injured here and there.... Dunno hw on earth did I Gek dio my waist wor... now pain until one mth liao since jan start.... jia lat!!! Every time get up or wear panty, short, skirt, jeans, my legs just can't really put it in ah... cuz my waist is calling up pain... I suspect is because of my new bed... cuz since this yr jan changed to this new bed, this prob came... Previously the old bed is comfy but then old and rusty so might as well throw and I dun wan my room got two beds, so crowded... nw my room more spacious wor... haha.... dunno hw, my mum just now got help me rub onto my back behind near the spine connection of pelvis there.... still no use, still in pain nw loh everytime I get up from my seat.... shit! Wah sat nid to go down ask for broadband wor.... will update more after tat.... Sob! Pain pain!
